Areas of Support
I use a holistic and eclectic form of counselling. These integrate a version of CBT/DBT theories, with an understanding that in some circumstances these forms of therapy can be experienced negatively. I also integrate theories around sensory processing and executive functioning. Emotion Focused Family Therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Grief Therapy. Narrative Therapy.
This is a chance to ask questions and briefly discuss your goals, so we can determine if we are a good fit for eachother.
This is a chance for us to identify your strengths, challenges, barriers, and goals, and make a plan moving forward.
During these sessions I can provide, advocacy, skill-building, and tools to support you to meet your identified goals. We can reevaluate your goals at any time.
