Elisa supports individuals, caregivers, teachers, and professionals to understand neurodivergent experiences from an affirming perspective. Her focus on creating language, systems and understanding surrounding the neurodivergent experiences in order to create a truly inclusive world.
Currently, Elisa is in the process of adding to her team to be able to meet the clear need for alternative support systems, creating courses for professionals to be able to better support all neurodivergent individuals, and writing.
She has taken, and continues to take, an extensive amount of certification, but ultimately created her own process of supporting individuals, children, and caregivers to navigate what is seen as behavioural challenges, anxiety and depression and process grief, shame, trauma, and understand themselves.
Her core values focus on diversity, inclusion, experiences, strengths, connectedness and mutual respect.
